I’m Belén Poza, founder of Villa Vega.

I have been living in the north of Madrid for over 12 years – a market I know in depth: its areas, residential developments and underlying dynamics.

Before founding Villa Vega, I built my career in consulting and corporate banking, focusing on information analysis and understanding the real performance behind businesses and assets.

Today, I apply this same approach to the home-buying process – evaluating each property beyond the obvious and placing every decision into context before moving forward.

I’m also a mother of four – an experience that has strengthened the way I work: with organisation, prioritisation, efficiency and a practical mindset.

I work exclusively for buyers. I do not represent properties or work with agencies, which allows me to maintain a fully independent perspective throughout the process.
